1Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our products.
2What areas do you deliver to?
North, Central and Southern New Jersey, NYC 5-Boroughs, Long Island & Westchester - Based Upon Availability to accommodate booking on date of your event.
3Do you deliver to parks?
We are no longer catering to park-based events.
4Do I need to make a deposit?
Renter shall pay a 25% deposit at the time of reservation, unless otherwise discussed with a One Stop Hop Party Rentals employee. If your reservation takes place within seven (7) days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise discussed with a One Stop Hop Party Rentals employee.
5How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend you reserve as soon as you're anticipating the need for rentals, as we are booking weeks ahead for many weekends. Be sure to contact us ahead of completing any bookings to confirm availability to accommodate. If your reservation takes place within seven (7) days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise discussed with a One Stop Hop Party Rentals employee.
6Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all inflatable games; however, delivery of tent lighting, tables, chairs and linens is only drop off delivery. Set up of tables, chairs and linens are not included unless specified on the invoice and there is an additional fee for that service. We ask that you prepare the items for pick-up just as they were dropped off; that is to say that tables and chairs should be folded and put away as they were dropped off.

8What if it rains on the day of the event?
For safety reasons we do not deliver bounce houses for outdoor events when it is raining or if there are high winds. To view our full policy, please view our Terms and Agreements.
9Is the Blower included?
Yes, the blowers used to pump the inflatables are included in the rental price.
10Is a Generator Included?
No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must Contact Us to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable.
11Is it normal to tip the driver?
Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated by our drivers. Generally in the U.S. it is customary to tip 10%-15% for services based on the level of service.
12Are your products sanitized?
Yes, all of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned, and prior to delivery.
13Do you provide rentals for event spaces?
Yes, we do. Additional delivery fees apply for all event spaces, even if within our local coverage area. Contact us to confirm your delivery rate.
14What age groups are the inflatables for?
Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page for weight and persons capacity for each respective bouncer, or contact us for more details.
